ANNAPOLIS, Md. ( Source ) Maryland voters would choose whether to legalize recreational cannabis in November, under a bill approved by the Home of Delegates on Friday. The Home voted 96-34 for the constitutional modification, sending it to the Senate. The Home also voted 92-37 for a different bill that includes preliminary steps that would be taken if voters approve.
